West Sonoma Inn & Spa Policies
Check-in time is between 4 pm and 8:30 pm.
Guest must call to arrange for a late key pick-up if the arrival time is later than 8:30 pm.
Check-out time is 11 am.
All rates are based on double occupancy (except for the Creekside Cottage). There is a $25 charge for each additional person in the room per night.
Rates are subject to state & local room tax.
An Advance Payment equal to one nights stay will be charged to all reservations - balance due upon arrival. An Advance Payment equal to 50% is required for group reservations - balance due per our Group Reservation terms (call for details.)
Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed reservations.
All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking occurs in the room there will be a deep cleaning charge of $150. Extra fees may apply if the room needs to be taken out of service.
Pets are only allowed in our pet friendly rooms. If pets are brought into other rooms, deep cleaning fees will apply. Extra fees may apply if the room needs to be taken out of service.
Guest is responsible for any damages incurred and loss of revenue because of damages (damage to furniture, windows, carpet, doors, bed and bedding or other room accessories).
Guest is responsible for all nights reserved. We regret, no refunds for early check-outs.
Our pool and grounds are for guest use only.
The pool is open from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm. Winter hours will vary.
We kindly ask for quiet on the property after 10:00 pm.
We reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay with us if the guest fails to adhere to our policies or if they cause repeated disturbances. No refunds will be given.
CancellationsIf a guest cancels a reservation at any time, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
For non-event/non-holiday periods we require at least 14 days notice or guest will forfeit the Advance Payment deposit.
For event/holiday periods or for group bookings we require 60 days notice or guest will forfeit the Advance Payment deposit. We regret that due to our small size cancellations effect our business greatly and we must adhere to our policies.
West Sonoma Inn & Spa Pet PoliciesThe West Sonoma Inn & Spa welcomes you and your dog. We're sure you have the best behaved dog in the whole world, but we ask that you review the following policies to ensure all of our guests have a pleasant stay.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per night per dog.
Dogs are allowed in your room and outside in your patio area. They are not allowed in the lobby, by the pool or any other shared outdoor space. They need to be on leash when walking through the property.
Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time. This includes in your room and in your patio.
All dogs are required to have flea and tick collars or proof of flea and tick treatment.
Dog owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all dog litter.
Please use the dog beds and blankets we have provided and keep your dog off the bed and furniture.
Please use the black towels that we have provided for your dog.
Dog owners are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and people. If we find a dog to be aggressive, loud or disruptive we may ask you to leave without refund.
There is a limit of 2 dogs per room.
Please be aware that the Russian River area has poison oak. Keep your dog on trails and paths when out and about.
